StewDay at Drayton Plains Nature Center

  • Drayton Plains Nature Center 2125 Denby Drive Waterford Township, MI, 48329 United States (map)

We need your help to control the spread of invasive plants in our natural areas! Spring is the perfect time to remove garlic mustard and dame’s rocket, persistent invasive plants that can completely change the ecology of the habitats that they invade. Join us! Dress for the weather, and sturdy, waterproof footwear is recommended. Bring your favorite pair of gardening gloves, but we’ll provide the tools, refreshments, and extra gloves. Help us protect the Nature Near You!

To volunteer, contact Ian Ableson, Stewardship Manager, at 248-601-2816 x 464 or iableson@sixriversrlc.org with questions or to volunteer for our Drayton Plains Nature Center StewDay event!
